Welcome to SIPP ("SIPP," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SIPP. If you are under the age required to legally enter into contracts in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Services with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep your information updated.

3. Use of the Services

SIPP is a social platform designed to help users discover cafés, share reviews, post photos, rate drinks, and connect with other coffee enthusiasts.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

  • Upload content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights.

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Services.

  • Use bots, automated scripts, or unauthorized scraping tools.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos, reviews, comments, ratings, or other content you submit ("User Content").

By posting User Content on SIPP, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote your content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and marketing the Services.

You represent that:

  • You own or have permission to post your content.

  • Your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

  • Your content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

5. Community Guidelines

To help maintain a positive community, users should:

  • Be respectful toward other users and businesses.

  • Share honest experiences.

  • Avoid offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or explicit content.

  • Avoid spam or promotional abuse.

We may remove content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

6. Café Information

Information about cafés, menus, drinks, hours, pricing, and availability may change over time. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided by users or third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

The SIPP name, logo, branding, website design, software, and original content are owned by SIPP or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Services will always be available or uninterrupted.

  • The Services will be error-free.

  • User-generated content will always be accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIPP and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to SIPP, if any, during the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SIPP from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm SIPP or its users.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and revise the Effective Date above. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
